I have been a customer at this bank for a little over a year now, and overall, my experience has been positive. The staff is very accommodating, and I’ve received excellent service every time I’ve visited. I especially want to shout out Jamey, who was extremely helpful when I had questions about my account fees. She explained everything clearly and even suggested a few savings options that I hadn’t considered before. The bank also has a nice accessibility feature with a wheelchair-friendly entrance, which is a big plus for me as I sometimes come with my grandmother. However, I do think the wait times can be a bit long during peak hours, which can be frustrating. It might help if they had more tellers available during busy times. That being said, I appreciate how they focus on providing personalized service, and I feel valued as a customer. If they continue to improve on the wait times, I believe they could easily push their ratings higher. Overall, it’s a solid place to do your banking if you’re looking for a personal touch!
