I've been a customer at this bank for several months now, and overall, my experience has been quite good. The staff is friendly and always willing to help with any questions I have. I appreciate the convenience of the drive-through service, especially during busy days. However, I do think they could improve on their speed during peak hours. I've had to wait a bit longer than I'd like at times. Still, I feel secure in my banking with them and believe they've got great potential for improvement!

I visited this bank for the first time last week, and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised! The drive-through was efficient, even though it was a busy time of day.
