I’ve since returned for various transactions, and each time, the staff has been consistently courteous and efficient. I also appreciate how accessible the branch is; the parking is plentiful, and I noticed that they have a wheelchair accessible entrance, which is fantastic! One thing I’d love to see improved, though, is the wait time during busy hours. It can get a bit hectic, and while I understand it’s a busy location, it would be great if they could have more staff available to assist customers quickly when the foot traffic is high.
