I had a lovely experience at this bank last week. The staff was really welcoming, and I felt at home from the moment I walked in. They had water available for pets, which I thought was such a thoughtful touch! I went in to set up a new account, and the process was surprisingly smooth. The teller was knowledgeable and helped me make sense of all the paperwork. My only critique is that the parking lot could use a bit more space. It was a little tight when I visited, but thankfully, they do have accessible parking available, which I really appreciated. All in all, I’m pleased and excited about my banking experience here.

I’ve been banking here for a few months now, and I must say, the experience has been fantastic. The tellers are incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any questions I have. I appreciate how they take the time to explain the details of my account, which makes banking so much easier for someone like me who isn't very tech-savvy. I also find the drive-through option super convenient, especially when I'm on the go. One minor concern I have is the lack of clear signage inside; it can be a bit confusing to navigate when you’re new to the place. I think some more directional signs would really enhance the experience. Still, overall, I’m very satisfied and feel valued as a customer. They really seem to be making an effort to connect with their clients, which is something I haven’t seen with other banks. Highly recommend them!
