I recently opened a savings account at my local bank and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to explain all the different account options available to me. I appreciated how patient they were in answering all my questions, making sure I felt comfortable with my decisions. The lobby was bright and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I also loved that they offer Saturday hours, which fit perfectly into my busy schedule. The only downside I noticed was that it can get a bit crowded during peak hours, so I recommend going in the morning if you can.
