As a long-time customer, I can confidently say that this bank offers fantastic customer service. I recently had to sort out a transaction issue, and the representative was super patient and dedicated to resolving the problem. They followed up with me via phone and email, which I really appreciated. However, the only downside I’ve encountered is the wait times on the weekends. Sometimes it can get a bit packed, and I found myself waiting longer than expected. Despite this, I love the atmosphere and the generally friendly vibe. Plus, their online banking is incredibly user-friendly, which is a huge plus for me!
