I had a solid experience here while shopping for a used car. The variety was decent, and I managed to find a 2017 Nissan Altima that I absolutely love. The staff was friendly, and they provided detailed information about each vehicle, which made it easier for me to make a decision. I appreciated their no-hassle approach; I didn’t feel pressured at all! However, I did notice that the waiting area could use a bit more seating, especially during busy times. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making the car-buying experience much less daunting than I had anticipated. I worked with a fantastic salesperson who was knowledgeable and genuinely cared about finding the right vehicle for me. I was looking for a reliable SUV and ended up with a great deal on a 2018 Ford Escape. The team was transparent about the pricing and even helped me with trade-in options for my old car. They also offered a complimentary vehicle history report, which gave me peace of mind. My only suggestion would be to extend the hours on Saturdays as I would have loved to visit then. Overall, five stars for their service, knowledge, and commitment to customer satisfaction!
