I treated myself to a 90-minute session and was amazed at how relaxed I felt afterward. The infrared sauna was just the right temperature, and I could feel the stress melting away. The scent was refreshing, and the heat was just what I needed to unwind. After my session, I was treated to some herbal tea, which was a lovely way to cool down and relax further. What truly impressed me was the attention to detail—the clean towels, the thoughtful layout of the relaxation area, and the calming music playing softly in the background. The only downside I noticed was the limited weekend hours; I would love to see them open on Sundays as well! Overall, I walked out feeling revitalized and am already looking forward to my next visit.
