I had a great experience at this shop! My car was in bad shape after a parking mishap, and I was worried about the cost and quality of repairs. However, the team here was transparent about the pricing and timelines, which made me feel at ease. They did a fantastic job fixing up the dents and scratches, and my car looks brand new! The only thing I wish is that they offered a loaner car while mine was being repaired, but I managed okay without it. After my car was involved in an accident, I took it to this shop based on a friend's recommendation. They did an incredible job with the bodywork; the paint match was perfect, and they even fixed some previous scratches I didn't mention! The staff was genuinely friendly and knowledgeable, which made the whole experience so much better. I appreciated their communication—every step of the way, they kept me informed about the repairs and timelines. However, I did find their hours a bit limiting, as they close early on weekdays. I would love to see extended hours, especially on Saturdays. Nevertheless, I’d recommend this place to anyone needing auto body work. I left feeling confident in my vehicle again!
