What a fantastic find! This place has quickly become my go-to pub since I stumbled upon it last month. The atmosphere is absolutely brilliant, perfect for a catch-up with mates after work. I particularly loved the outdoor seating area, which is beautifully decorated with fairy lights, making it a lovely spot to enjoy a summer evening. The menu offers a great range of traditional pub fare with a twist. I had their homemade burger and it was one of the best I’ve had; juicy, packed with flavour, and accompanied by hand-cut chips that were crispy and moreish! The bar staff were friendly and efficient, making sure we always had a drink in hand. One thing I would suggest is possibly extending the drink specials beyond just certain hours, as I think it would attract even more customers. The only downside was that the seating can fill up quite quickly during peak times, so it’s worth arriving a bit early if you want a prime spot. All in all, this pub has a lovely vibe and great food; I highly recommend checking it out if you're in the area!

I recently visited this charming pub and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience! The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor is both rustic and modern, making it a perfect spot for a casual drink with friends or a cozy dinner. I ordered the fish and chips, and let me tell you, it was simply delightful! The batter was perfectly crispy, and the fish was incredibly fresh. The portion size was generous too, which is always a plus. What really stood out to me was the selection of local ales on tap; it’s great to see a place supporting local breweries. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, ready to make recommendations based on what I liked. The only minor issue was that the place got a bit noisy as the evening progressed, but that’s to be expected in such a lively setting. Overall, I would definitely recommend this pub to anyone looking for a great meal and a relaxed vibe. I can’t wait to return and try out more of their dishes!
