She answered all my questions without any pressure to commit, which is something I really appreciated. The clinic itself is clean and beautifully decorated; it felt more like a luxury spa than a medical facility. My only suggestion would be to extend the weekend hours a bit since I know a lot of people would love to come in on Sundays. Still, I left feeling informed and excited about my choices. I had an amazing experience at this medspa. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and welcoming. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel right at home. I went in for a facial and the esthetician took the time to assess my skin's needs. She recommended a customized treatment that worked wonders! My skin has never felt so refreshed and rejuvenated. I also appreciated how they walked me through each step of the process, explaining what they were doing and why. The only small critique I have is that the waiting area could use a few more seating options, as it was a bit crowded when I arrived. But overall, the service and results were so fantastic that I hardly noticed. I definitely left feeling like a new person and can’t wait to return for my next appointment.
