Fantastic experience! I stopped by looking for a gift, and the selection was impressive. The staff was welcoming and took the time to help me find the perfect piece. Pricing was fair for the quality. I had the most delightful visit while shopping for an engagement ring! The ambiance of the store was warm and inviting, unlike some of the more commercial jewelry shops I’ve been to. The sales associates were attentive and genuinely interested in helping me find the right ring for my partner. They guided me through various styles and options, and I truly appreciated the time they spent explaining the different facets of diamonds. The ring we chose is stunning, and my fiancé couldn't be happier! However, I did notice that while they had a wide selection of settings, their stone options were somewhat limited. It didn’t affect my purchase, but it may be something to consider for future customers looking for a wider variety. Overall, an excellent experience!

I visited this place last month to get my watch repaired, and I was pleasantly surprised by how efficient the service was. The shop itself is quite charming, filled with beautiful pieces that make browsing a joy. The technician who helped me was friendly and explained the repair process thoroughly, which I appreciated. They had a quick turnaround time, and my watch looks as good as new! However, I did find the parking situation a bit tricky, especially on weekdays. Maybe they could consider offering validation for customers? Still, the wonderful service and quality of work made it all worth it. I’ll definitely be returning for future needs!

I recently visited this jeweler for a custom piece, and I was blown away! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, helping me design exactly what I envisioned. The craftsmanship is top-notch; my necklace turned out beautifully. The only downside was that I had to wait about a week longer than initially promised for it to be ready, but it was definitely worth it in the end. Highly recommend for unique jewelry needs!
