I popped in here for some shipping needs last week and overall, it was a good experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the process smooth. They helped me pick out the right box for my item, ensuring that it was secure for shipping. I also liked the fact that they offer a variety of services, including faxing and printing. However, I did find the prices to be a tad higher than I had expected, especially for the shipping. While they do offer some promotions, it would be great to see more competitive pricing options.
