I had a fantastic experience at this shipping location! I needed to send a package to my family across the country, and the staff was incredibly helpful. They explained all the available shipping options in detail, which made it easy for me to choose the one that fit my budget and delivery time. I also appreciated how neat and organized the space was—it felt welcoming from the moment I walked in. They even had a great selection of packing supplies, which was perfect since I didn’t have everything I needed. My only suggestion would be to have a few more employees working during peak hours, as there was a bit of a wait when I arrived on a Saturday afternoon. I visited recently to ship some holiday gifts, and I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful the staff was. They took their time to help me choose the best boxes and even offered to wrap some of the items for me! It made the whole process so much easier and more enjoyable. I did notice that the store could use a little more signage to make it clearer where the different services are located, as I found myself wandering around a bit trying to figure things out. Still, the staff was quick to assist whenever I had questions, so it wasn't a huge issue. Overall, a great place for shipping and mailing services!

I’ve been using this shipping location for a while now, and I have to say, it has become my go-to spot! The staff is always welcoming and goes above and beyond to assist you, whether it's for shipping or printing services. I once had an issue with a package, and they were so proactive in helping me resolve it. They truly care about their customers, which sets them apart. I would love to see them offer more promotions on shipping rates, though, especially during busy seasons. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this place for all your shipping needs!

I cannot say enough good things about this shipping service! I had to ship some important documents quickly, and I was worried about the time constraints. The staff here was not only friendly but also incredibly efficient. They helped me package my items securely and provided recommendations for the fastest shipping methods. I was in and out in no time! The prices were very reasonable, especially given the level of service I received. I also loved that they had a great mix of services available—printing, packing, and even mailbox rentals. The only improvement I could suggest is extending their Sunday hours a bit more, as I often find myself needing to ship on weekends. But honestly, I’m just really impressed with my experience and will be returning for sure!
