I’ve been to this store a few times now, and it’s become my favorite spot for mailing items. The customer service is always top-notch; the employees are friendly and genuinely try to make the experience pleasant. I particularly appreciate their willingness to give packing tips which really helped me when I had to send a fragile item. I also noticed they have a great selection of shipping supplies available, which is super convenient. However, during my last visit, the line was quite long, and some customers appeared to be getting impatient. A larger waiting area or more staff during peak hours could improve that experience. Despite this, the quick service once I reached the counter made it all worthwhile. I’m definitely a repeat customer and look forward to my next visit!
