I've had to use this location multiple times for both personal and business needs, and I've always had a positive experience. The employees are not only efficient but also genuinely helpful. On my last visit, I was juggling a lot of packages, and one of the staff members even offered to help me carry them to the counter. That kind of customer service goes a long way! While I appreciate the variety of services, I sometimes wish they had more packing materials available in-store. Still, the convenience of being able to ship everything from documents to larger parcels makes it a go-to spot for me. Highly recommend this place if you need any shipping assistance!

I had a really great experience at this mailing service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and attentive. They took the time to understand what I needed and helped me find the right shipping option for my items. I was impressed with how quickly they processed my packages. I also appreciated the variety of packaging materials available. It made preparing my items much easier! One small thing to note is that during peak hours, it can get a bit busy, so I recommend going early in the day if you can. This shipping and mailing service has become my go-to for all my shipping needs! I visit regularly to send packages and print documents, and I can confidently say that the staff is always welcoming and attentive.
