I’ve been living here for nearly a year now, and I’ve had a pretty good experience overall. One of the highlights is definitely the sense of community; it’s not just a place to live, but a place where you can connect with others. The residents are genuinely friendly and I’ve been able to form meaningful friendships. The monthly potlucks are a great way to get to know everyone, and I always look forward to them! The mobile home itself is spacious and well-laid out, which has made it comfortable for me and my family. I appreciate the pet-friendly policy as well, as we have a dog who loves to run around in the small yard. The green spaces are well-kept, and it’s lovely to see so many families enjoying the outdoors. However, I do think there’s room for improvement in terms of communication from management. Sometimes I feel like updates on community events or maintenance schedules could be communicated a bit more clearly. I’ve missed a couple of events because I didn’t see the announcements in time. Perhaps a monthly newsletter or bulletin board at the entrance would help? That said, I believe the management is genuinely trying to create a great living environment. They’ve been responsive when I’ve had questions, and they always seem to have the residents' best interests at heart. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and friendly community to call home. It’s been a great fit for us!

I moved here a few months ago, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I've ever made! The community is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made my transition so much easier. From day one, I felt like I was part of a family rather than just another resident. The staff is attentive and quick to respond to any requests or concerns I have. I recently had an issue with my water heater, and it was fixed the same day I reported it! That's service you don't often find. The amenities are impressive for a mobile home park. There's a beautiful pool that’s always clean and well-maintained. I love spending my afternoons lounging by the poolside, meeting neighbors, and enjoying the sunny weather. The clubhouse is another gem; it’s spacious and equipped for various activities, from game nights to community gatherings. I’ve made some great friends through the events they host. The only minor drawback I’ve noticed is that the roads within the park could use a bit of repair. There are a few potholes that can get a bit annoying, especially after heavy rains. However, the management has assured us that they are addressing this, so I’m optimistic about future improvements. Overall, I can’t recommend this place enough. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the surrounding nature adds to its charm. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home, with a strong sense of community, this is it! I've already started telling friends and family about my experience, and I think some of them might be considering a visit soon! Really, it's a little slice of paradise here, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice.
