I recently had my hair done at this salon and I can't stop raving about my experience! I went in looking to get some box braids, and my stylist was absolutely amazing. Her name was Raponza, and she was both professional and attentive. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and offered some fantastic suggestions that I hadn’t considered. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the decor felt modern and chic. I was pleasantly surprised that they have a wheelchair accessible entrance, which is a great feature. The only downside I noticed was the pricing; while I loved the quality of service, I did find it slightly on the higher end. I had to pay an extra fee for using my own hair, which wasn’t clearly communicated beforehand. A heads-up about potential fees would have been appreciated. However, the end result was worth it! My braids turned out gorgeous, and I've received so many compliments since! I will definitely be returning for my next appointment, just maybe with a little more budget planning next time.
