His office is conveniently located and very easy to find, which made my visits stress-free. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a cheerful receptionist and minimal wait time, which is always a plus. Dr. Ellis took the time to really listen to my concerns before conducting a thorough examination. He explained everything in detail, ensuring that I understood my options, including physical therapy and surgery. What I appreciated most was his emphasis on a non-invasive approach first; he didn’t rush to recommend surgery, which made me feel valued as a patient. The staff was compassionate and attentive, making every visit pleasant. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that I wished my follow-up appointments could be scheduled a bit more flexibly; sometimes it was hard to find an open slot within my busy schedule. That being said, I would still highly recommend Dr. Ellis to anyone needing orthopedic care. He is truly a cut above the rest!
