After struggling with sinus issues for years, I finally decided to seek help and was referred to Dr. Koch. I can't express how grateful I am for that referral! The whole experience, from scheduling my appointment to the actual consultation, was seamless. The staff members are incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. Dr. Koch took the time to conduct a thorough examination and was very clear in explaining my diagnosis and treatment options. I especially appreciated the fact that he did not push me into any unnecessary procedures. I went home with a clear understanding of my condition and a solid plan moving forward. My only suggestion would be to perhaps have a few more magazines in the waiting area, as I had to wait about 20 minutes before being seen. But honestly, the quality of care I received more than made up for it. Highly recommend!
