The clinic was clean and organized, and the staff was friendly and efficient. I had minimal wait time, which is always a plus. I felt like I was in good hands throughout my entire treatment process. My only suggestion would be to have more detailed information on post-op care available for patients; it would be nice to have a printed guide to refer to after leaving the office. I went to see Dr. Due after struggling with persistent back pain for months, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff made me feel comfortable. Dr. Due took the time to assess my situation thoroughly and explain each step of the process, which I found incredibly reassuring. He recommended physical therapy, and after just a few sessions, I began to feel significant relief. It’s been such a relief to finally be able to move without discomfort. The follow-up visits were equally positive; Dr. Due was always available to answer my questions and adjust my treatment as needed. My only feedback would be to improve the parking situation; sometimes it can be tricky to find a spot during busy hours. Other than that, I cannot recommend this place enough for anyone needing orthopedic care. Thank you, Dr. Due and team, for your dedication and support!
