I had my first visit recently, and I must say it was a pleasant surprise! The staff was very welcoming, and I felt at ease discussing my financial matters. They have a great system for gathering information, which made our time together productive. I appreciated how they took the time to explain the tax deductions I could claim, and I learned quite a bit in the process. The only thing I would suggest is to include more information about the paperwork needed before the appointment; I felt a bit rushed at the start. Overall, I left feeling confident about my tax situation and will definitely be returning next year!
