I had a fantastic experience at Dr. Macklin's office! She is extremely knowledgeable and really takes the time to explain everything to you. I felt involved in my care, which is important to me. The waiting area is comfortable, and the staff is very accommodating. Will definitely be returning!

After discussing my daily routine, she provided practical tips that I could easily incorporate into my life, which made the whole process feel achievable. The atmosphere in the office was warm and inviting, which is something I really value. I did feel that the appointment scheduling could be a little more streamlined; there were a couple of instances where I had to wait longer than I’d hoped, even with an appointment. However, once I was in the room with Dr. Macklin, all of that faded away as I received the attentive care I needed. The follow-up after my visit made a significant impact as well; she checked in to see how I was doing with the changes we discussed.
