I had an amazing experience at this watch repair service a few weeks ago. As someone who heavily relies on my watches, I was devastated when my favorite timepiece stopped working. I can’t say enough good things about my experience here! I took my grandfather's old watch in, which had sentimental value and was in pretty rough shape. The staff treated it with such care and respect; you could tell they appreciated the craftsmanship and history behind it. They were friendly, patient, and took the time to explain what repairs were necessary. After a thorough inspection, they presented me with options and prices, which I found very reasonable. I opted for a complete restoration, and I was amazed at the difference! When I picked it up, I almost didn’t recognize it! The watch looked brand new, and I could hardly believe it was the same piece. Additionally, they even provided me with maintenance tips to keep it in good shape for years to come. My only constructive feedback would be that it would be helpful to have a more user-friendly website for booking appointments online, as I had to call in. But for the quality of service and workmanship, I’d give them a solid five stars any day. I will definitely be returning for any future repairs!
