Having gone through a rough period with my shoulder injury, I was referred to an orthopedic specialist and ended up here. The decision couldn't have been better! Dr. Flock is not just a skilled surgeon; he’s also very personable, making you feel at home during what can be a stressful experience. His staff was always friendly and accommodating, whether it was scheduling appointments or answering my questions. I particularly appreciated how Dr. Flock explained everything regarding my condition and the recovery process. He has a knack for putting you at ease and creating a welcoming atmosphere. After my surgery, I was pleasantly surprised at how informative the follow-up sessions were. They emphasized rehabilitation, which I found incredibly helpful. The only drawback was that parking can be a bit tricky at peak hours, but that’s a small price to pay for such excellent care. I’m already feeling better, and it’s all thanks to this wonderful team!
