I’ve been a member of this credit union for about a year now, and my experience has been really positive. The loan officers are extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through my options when I applied for a car loan. I appreciated their transparency and willingness to answer all my questions. The rates were very competitive, and I felt confident in my decision. Also, the location is convenient, making it easy to visit when needed. I do wish they offered a wider range of investment options, but overall, I am very happy with the service I’ve received here. I feel secure knowing my finances are in good hands with such a dedicated team!

I’ve been banking here for several years, and it’s been a mostly positive journey. I really appreciate the community involvement and the various programs they offer to help members understand their finances better. I recently took advantage of a first-time homebuyer seminar that was incredibly informative and helped me feel more confident in my purchasing decision. The staff is friendly and tries their best to accommodate my needs. However, I do think they could improve on their loan processing times; I experienced some delays when applying for a mortgage, which was a bit stressful. Nonetheless, I feel like this credit union genuinely cares about its members. They have a solid reputation in the community, and I am happy to be part of it. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family!
