I can’t express enough how impressed I was with the services I received recently. My desktop computer had crashed right before an important project deadline, and I was panicking. The only recommendation I would have is for them to improve their follow-up communication regarding the status of repairs; I had to check in a couple of times. I had a great experience getting my tablet fixed here! The staff was really friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. They diagnosed the issue quickly, and I appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. My tablet was ready in just a couple of days, and I was super happy with the results! The only thing I would say is that the waiting area could use a bit more seating, as it was quite crowded when I arrived. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend this place for anyone needing tech support. They really do know what they’re doing!
