Our experience with this pediatrician has been nothing short of fantastic! From the very first visit, we felt welcomed and cared for. Dr. Dillon took the time to listen to our concerns as parents, and he made our little one feel comfortable right from the start. The office is bright and cheerful, which really helped distract our child during the check-up. I appreciate how thorough he is; he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. For instance, he showed us how to properly administer medicine and even provided us with tips for creating a comforting routine for our child. We also valued how quickly we could get appointments when our child was sick, which is a lifesaver. The only downside was that sometimes the waiting room felt a bit crowded, but honestly, it just goes to show how many people trust him with their kids! I can't say enough good things about our visits to see this doctor! He has such a wonderful demeanor and clearly loves working with kids. During our recent visit, he not only assessed my daughter’s health but also engaged her with fun questions and games, which made her feel at ease. The staff is incredibly friendly; they greeted us with smiles and even remembered our names from previous visits! One thing that stood out to me was Dr. Dillon’s willingness to answer all our questions, no matter how trivial they may have seemed. He even encouraged us to reach out via email for any follow-ups. My only suggestion would be for the office to expand their waiting area, as it can get a bit crowded during peak hours. However, the quality of care far outweighs this minor inconvenience! I truly feel grateful to have found such a fantastic pediatrician and will continue to recommend him to all our friends and family!

What a wonderful experience we had at this pediatric practice! Dr. Dillon is such a talented pediatrician who genuinely cares about his little patients. He diagnosed my son’s allergy in what felt like just a few minutes, and I was so impressed with how detailed he was in explaining everything to us. The office is well-equipped and organized, and the staff made the check-in process smooth. They also sent a follow-up email to check in on my son, which I thought was a nice touch. My only critique would be that the office could benefit from some updated toys in the waiting area to keep the kids entertained. But overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of care we received, and I feel confident in Dr. Dillon’s expertise. We will definitely be coming back for future visits!
