I was particularly impressed with their assortment of knives; I ended up buying a beautiful Japanese chef's knife that has already transformed my cooking experience. The layout of the store is very inviting, making it easy to explore. My only small suggestion would be to extend the hours on Mondays, especially since so many of us are looking for kitchen supplies over the weekend.
