I’ve been with my insurance agent for a couple of years now, and I’ve had a very positive experience overall. The staff is always friendly and makes an effort to remember my name, which adds a personal touch that I really appreciate. They helped me set up my home and auto insurance bundle, which saved me quite a bit of money. The only reason I didn’t give a full five stars is that I wish they had longer hours during the week, as I sometimes find it hard to make it in during regular business hours due to my work schedule. Nonetheless, I’m happy with my coverage and feel secure knowing I have a dedicated agent looking out for my interests.
