Absolutely thrilled with my experience! I took my high-end watch in for a full servicing and it was obvious from the moment I walked in that this was the right place. The owner took the time to discuss my specific requirements, addressing all my concerns with a friendly and professional demeanor. They even provided me with a detailed estimate before any work began. I was amazed at how meticulous they were during the repair. When I got my watch back, it looked and functioned better than I had imagined! They even offered a warranty on the service, which speaks volumes about their confidence in the quality of their work. If you’re looking for expertise and dedication, look no further. The only downside was parking in the area, but that’s not their fault! Worth every penny and I will definitely be back for regular maintenance.

I recently took my vintage watch in for repair and couldn’t be happier with the service I received! I had the best experience at this watch repair service! I brought in my watch that had stopped working, and their team was amazing. My only suggestion would be to have a bit more signage outside; it was hard to spot the entrance at first. However, once inside, I felt like I was in good hands. I had a wonderful experience getting my watch repaired here! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I brought in my old wristwatch that had sentimental value but was running slow. They took the time to check it thoroughly and explained to me what needed to be fixed. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the prices were. The repair was completed much quicker than I anticipated, and when I got it back, it was running perfectly! The only small downside was that they didn’t have a waiting area, which wasn’t a big issue, but I would have liked to sit comfortably while waiting.
