The massage itself was quite good, and I could feel the tension in my feet release as the therapist worked on my pressure points. My only constructive feedback would be that the treatment rooms could use a little more soundproofing; I could hear some noise from the hallway during my session, which broke my relaxation a bit. Despite this, I left feeling refreshed and more balanced. I would definitely consider returning for another session in the future, especially since they have flexible hours that fit my schedule.
