I visited recently and was impressed with how well-organized everything was. The staff are knowledgeable and really make you feel welcome. I took part in a mindfulness workshop and left feeling rejuvenated. The only thing I felt could be improved was the parking availability, as it was a bit tight during peak hours. Still, it’s a great place to focus on your wellness journey.
