I recently had to bring my laptop in for a battery replacement, and I was really impressed with the service. The staff was super friendly and made the whole process so easy. My experience at this electronics store was quite enjoyable! I had a rather old tablet that wasn’t charging anymore, and I had almost given up on it. I really appreciated their willingness to answer all my questions. The only thing I would suggest is improving their signage outside, as it was a bit difficult to spot at first glance. Other than that, I left with a revitalized tablet and a smile on my face!
