I had a fantastic experience at this RV repair shop recently! Right from the get-go, I was impressed by how friendly and accommodating the staff were. They clearly care about their customers and their vehicles. The technician who worked on my RV was not only skilled but took the time to explain everything he was doing, which I really appreciated. It felt great to be in the loop and understand what repairs were necessary. I had a number of issues, from electrical problems to a leaky roof, and they tackled everything with expertise and efficiency. They also provided a thorough inspection of my vehicle to ensure everything else was in top shape, which was a nice touch. The only thing I could suggest is to perhaps have a small waiting area with coffee or snacks for those who might be waiting longer. It would definitely make the experience even more enjoyable! Nevertheless, the work they did was top-notch, and my RV is now running like new. I can’t recommend them enough! If you’re in need of reliable and caring service for your RV, this is the place to go. I’m looking forward to taking my RV on our next adventure, knowing it’s in great condition!
