I had a great experience at this bicycle shop! The staff was super friendly and helped me pick out a helmet that I absolutely love. They have a decent selection of accessories, and I was particularly impressed with their range of bike lights. It’s nice to see a place that cares about safety! I've been cycling for years, and I can confidently say that my experience here has been one of the best I've had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who genuinely seemed to enjoy helping customers. I was looking for a new road bike and had quite a few questions. The staff took their time with me, showing me different models and explaining the benefits of each one. I appreciated that they didn't push me toward the most expensive options but instead guided me based on my needs and preferences. After a thorough fitting session, I found my perfect bike! They also offered to tune it for free after the first month of riding, which is such a nice touch. My only minor critique would be the limited showroom space; it felt a bit cramped with all the bikes on display. However, the excellent customer service more than made up for it. I left the shop excited about my new purchase and can't wait to hit the trails. Highly recommend to anyone looking to find a quality bike with knowledgeable support!
