I had an excellent experience at this shoe repair shop! I brought in my favorite pair of sneakers that had seen better days, and I was amazed at the level of service I received. The staff was so welcoming, and they really listened to my concerns about the shoes. They offered a variety of options, from cleaning to sole replacement, and I appreciated how they didn't push for the most expensive repair. In the end, I went with a simple cleaning and a few stitches, and the transformation was astounding! My sneakers looked practically brand new. The only thing I would mention is that the waiting area could use a little more seating, as it was quite busy when I visited. Nevertheless, I left feeling thrilled with the service and will definitely be coming back for any shoe repairs in the future!
