I recently used this service for my father’s transportation to his therapy sessions, and I was pleasantly surprised by how professional and friendly everything was. The driver was attentive and helped my dad in and out of the vehicle with ease. The van was spacious and well-maintained. I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I called to schedule a ride for my mother, the staff was incredibly helpful and understanding. The driver arrived right on time, and I was pleasantly surprised by how well the van accommodated my mother's wheelchair. The driver took the time to chat with her, making her feel truly valued and respected. They even made a stop at her favorite coffee shop on the way back, which was a lovely touch! My only suggestion would be to perhaps offer an app for scheduling rides; it would make the process even smoother. But seriously, this service is a lifesaver, and I will continue to use them for all our transportation needs!
