I had the best experience at this tire shop! After my car started making a strange noise, I suspected it had something to do with my tires. I decided to take it in for a check-up, and I’m so glad I did. The staff greeted me with smiles and were very attentive to my concerns. They conducted a thorough inspection and found that I needed a rotation and balance, which I hadn’t even considered. They explained everything clearly and even showed me the wear on my tires. I felt very well-informed and appreciated their honesty. The turnaround time was impressive; I was in and out in less than an hour! Plus, the prices were very fair. The only small thing I would say is that it could use some more seating in the waiting area—there were a few people ahead of me, and I had to stand for a bit.
