Recently, I decided to switch my banking to a credit union, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! The loan officer I worked with was patient and answered all my questions, which really helped me feel comfortable throughout the process. However, I did notice that their weekday hours can be a bit limiting for those of us with a 9 to 5 job. It would be great if they could extend their hours or offer more weekend services.
