I've been a member of this credit union for a little over a year now, and I have to say, the customer service is impeccable! My last visit was to discuss refinancing my auto loan, and the loan officer was so knowledgeable and patient. They walked me through all my options and even helped me understand the finer details without any pressure. I also appreciate that they have really competitive rates compared to other institutions. One downside, though, is that their wait times can be a bit longer during peak hours, especially on Saturdays. I definitely recommend visiting early in the day if you can. All in all, this credit union is a solid choice for anyone looking for a community-focused bank. I've had a positive experience, and I plan to stay for the long haul!
