I’ve been a member for a few months now, and my experience has been solid. The customer service is really commendable. I recently started banking here and have had a pretty positive experience overall. The staff is attentive and always willing to help. I was particularly impressed with the financial education workshops they offer; I attended a session on budgeting, and it was enlightening! The only thing I’d suggest is to have more options for online banking features, as I'm used to a more comprehensive digital experience. But if you prefer in-person service, this place is fantastic.
