I recently dropped off my bike for a tune-up, and I was really impressed with how professional the staff was. They explained everything they needed to do and asked if I had any specific concerns. My only piece of constructive feedback would be that it would have been nice to have a clearer timeline on when it would be ready. However, they were very busy, so I understand. I will definitely return!

I can't say enough good things about the bike shop! I took my old mountain bike in for some much-needed repairs. The team was not only knowledgeable but also genuinely enthusiastic about helping me get my bike in shape. They replaced the brakes and gave it a general tune-up. I felt like I was talking with friends who cared about my cycling experience. The only thing I wish is that they offered more accessories; I would love to see a wider selection of helmets and bike lights. Still, I left feeling satisfied and ready for my next adventure.
