I have been a member of this credit union for quite a while now and overall, I’m quite satisfied. The customer service is always friendly, and they seem to genuinely care about helping me with my financial needs. Their loan products are flexible, and I recently got a great rate on a personal loan that helped me with some renovations at home. The only thing I would suggest is improving the waiting area—sometimes, it can get a bit crowded, especially during lunch hours. I would also love to see more ATMs in the area for convenience. But all in all, this place has been a solid choice for my banking needs, and I look forward to seeing what they offer in the future.
