I was really impressed with the level of customer care at this rental location. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for my DIY project. They took the time to walk me through the truck features, which was really helpful since I hadn’t driven one before. Their patience made me feel comfortable and ready to hit the road. The truck itself was reliable and easy to maneuver, which was a huge plus for my move. I also liked the various rental options available and the transparency in pricing. If I had to mention something that could be improved, it would be that they could offer more flexible hours during weekdays, as I had to rush back from work to pick it up. Still, I left very satisfied and would recommend this place to anyone needing a truck rental!
