Just wrapped up a big move and wanted to share my experience with this rental agency. The staff were quite professional and ensured I understood everything about the rental process. The truck I rented was spacious and easy to drive, which I was a bit worried about because I’ve never driven a large vehicle before. They even offered me some tips on driving safely with a truck, which was comforting. One thing I’d suggest is that they could improve their signage outside, as it was a little hard to find the entrance. Other than that, it was a great experience and I’d definitely use them again!

My only feedback would be around the hours—they could open earlier on weekends as I had to wait around for them to open.
