My experience here was really positive! I had never rented a truck before, and I was a bit nervous about the whole process. However, the staff was incredibly helpful and guided me through every step. They took the time to explain the rental agreement and even provided me with tips on how to drive a larger vehicle safely. The truck I rented was in excellent condition, and it made my move across town so much easier. They also have a nice selection of packing supplies, which saved me a last-minute trip to another store. One minor issue I faced was that the parking lot was a bit crowded when I returned the truck, which made it a bit tricky to maneuver. Still, the team was understanding and helped me out, so it wasn't a big deal. I would definitely come back and recommend them to friends!
