She explained everything about the truck and even suggested a few routes I could take to avoid traffic during my move. The truck itself was in great condition, clean, and surprisingly easy to drive, which made my cross-town relocation so much smoother. I was a bit worried about getting everything packed in time, but the staff checked in with me to ensure I had everything I needed without rushing me, which I really appreciated. The only minor hiccup was that the pickup location could be a little tricky to find if you're not familiar with the area, and the parking lot was a bit cramped.
