As someone who has switched banks a few times, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience here. The representatives were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs. The only thing I would love to see improved is the parking situation; it can get pretty crowded when everyone is trying to get in during lunch hours. I've had mixed experiences with banks, but I have to say I really enjoyed my visit to this one! The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcomed right away. The only downside was the limited hours on Saturdays; I wish they could stay open a bit longer since that’s when a lot of people have time to visit.
