I have been a customer at this bank for a couple of years now, and I have to say, the experience has been pretty solid. The staff is always welcoming, and they seem well-trained. I particularly like how they handle transactions quickly, which is great when you’re in a hurry. The Saturday hours are a big plus for me, allowing me to stop by when I have time on the weekend. However, I noticed that sometimes the drive-through line can get a little backed up during lunch hours, which can be frustrating if you're in a hurry. It would be awesome if they could have more staff during peak times to alleviate that. All in all, I'm happy with the service and will continue banking here. They really do make an effort to take care of their customers!
